  When we first moved here, we tried Luigi's and it was fine. Pizza was alright, and the delivery was right on time. Since that time almost a year ago, it has gotten progressively worse. Last night, I ordered two large pizzas at around 7pm. By 8:15pm I began to wonder where my pizza was, so I called to check on it. The girl on the phone was very unprofessional and unfriendly. She told me they were short staffed and extremely busy. I asked if since my order had taken so long, if I would receive a discount, and was told no. I asked why I should pay full price for a pizza that was at this point running an hour and a half, and the girl on the phone told me that if I didn't want the pizza, I could just cancel my order. I was so upset that I got in my car and drove up to the store. The manager, Shannon, was not very helpful at first. I explained to her that the reason I was upset was because i was told my order would be delivered with 45-50 minutes, and it had now been an hour and 45 minutes since my order. She seemed very unwilling to do anything to make things right at first, but eventually offered to remake my pizzas and then gave them to me for free. That's the only reason this place is getting two stars instead of just one.
