  Got a dbl quarter pounder with cheese meal. Asked for fresh meat since it was so late and I knew the meat would be old. The young lady was nice enough to give me fresh French fries but the people in the grill area gave me 2 twice cooked pieces of 4-1. I know what fresh cooked 4-1 tastes like and that wasn't it. Y'all need to start treating customers like each and every one of them could be a secret shopper and y'all jobs depend on it. Never eating there again

  Only because I had to give a star. Customer service is HORRIBLE! FOOD CRAPPY AND DONT DRINK TEA. Even unsweetened is soured and was not replaced on request. Just freaking disgusted. What happened to customer service??

  to start off back in January they forgot to give my THREE boys their toys with their meal which by the way was COLD. i called the manager explaining how my children were upset about having no toy with their food. i came back a month later with the reiceipt in had and the manager their tonight was rude and said the manager wrote down two toys when i have THREE BOYS!!then the rude manager gave my three BOYS several girls toys and i had to return back inside to get my childrens chocolate milk. shame on you people.
