  I arrived at the restaurant and could not be seated due to my party not being there which was no big deal. I completely understand but the issue was the fact that I told the woman I needed to be seated for 5 people by the time our wait was over a gentleman seated us and as I was pulling the chair out so that my special needs daughter could sit at the table with her wheelchair I was told I need to move over one so they could seat 2 more and I asked him what was the point of asking to be seated where the was room for 5 people if I had to sit her out on the outer edge where I would have to turn around to look at her. He did not answer and repeated himself once more and left the table. So if this is confusing we pretty had to be seated for 4 rather than 5. The food was OK but the chef did not put on a show like most hibachi restaurants I have experienced. I am giving this restaurant star because I felt it was not appropriate to have my daughter sitting in the backgrounds just because she had her own seat that was needed since she will not sit up on her own and also because it was such a bore when the chef was cooking. I wish I was able to call ahead and just get a to go. I do not plan on ever returning.

  Horrible experience!!! I have been putting going here because of the mixed reviews. First off not sure who was our server but the first guy that came had no interest in talking to us. Had to ask a random lady for a refill on water and after waiting 45 minuntes for my chicken and shrimp it was over cooked and tough but I couldn't find anyone to complaint too. After we finished eating I had to find my own Togo box. Still never saw a server so we walked to the front of the restaurant to ask for our checks and complain only to get half off one of the kids meal.

  I'd actually give this place less than one star if it were possible after the service we received there tonight.. Or maybe I should say lack of service. The food is great and priced well but my family and I will never return. First we tried multiple times to call in a to go order but the phone was never answered. My husband finally decided to just go there to put in an order. When he arrived there was no one waiting. He mentioned that he'd tried several times to call only to be told that they turned the phone off. That's weird, but ok. When he asked to place a to go order the person he spoke with refused to take a to go order, stating that they were "too busy for that". May I repeat, there was no one waiting. That's unacceptable. Period.
